How cancellation works
You can cancel at any time. Here's what happens for each plan type:

| One-time purchases SOPs, bundles, single reports |
No recurring billing — nothing to cancel. Files remain yours under the Template License. |
Refund policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Annual subscriptions have a 14-day prorated refund window from renewal date. One-time purchases are final once downloaded. Full details: Refund Policy.
